Funding guidelines

How much funds you can apply for differs per country, because the average income and the value of Euro’s differ per country. We want to avoid giving you an irresponsible amount of money to manage. We don’t want people to get unrealistic expectations from you because of the amount of money you are receiving.

The maximum amount per country is based on the income classifications of countries by the World Bank. The World Bank makes a distinction between high income, higher middle income, lower middle income and low income countries. We used this classification to determine the maximum amount you can apply for in your country.

We are aware that this distinction is based on the general situation and that your individual situation can differ from this. KidsRights chooses to use this independent data to make a clear grouping of countries, since it is not feasible to make a decision on individual basis.
